You did REALLY good! I've never mastered this. I gave up. But these are both really great! Nice job!
Wow. WOW! Such absolutely perfect focus! And look at all the variations of blue and purple tones!

Your second shot is what I was aiming for...but I got one more like the first shot. Good job! Your focus was great, I was too lazy to pull out my tripod and that seriously affected my shots.
If I can get at least one shot like that, I'd be SO happy! These are wonderful, Karli!! Can't wait to hear how you did it. :)

Karli! These are AWESOME...reminds me of a famous inventor from the town I grew up in. Anyway, in my mind you're on the same level as him. :)
...didn't explain myself, he invented the strobe light or something and took pics similar to this except with milk. Anyway, GORGEOUS snaps!!
