day 297: i trust my husband...

with my life lens.

Photobucket

Edit: OK, from the first couple comments I see my commentary didn't make sense - LOL! I trust him with my lens...meaning I was laying on my back on the ground and he was shooting the basketball. Trusting that he would grab the ball before it hit my camera. :-)

Ha! That is so awesome! You must have a lot of trust, I think I would be ducking and running if that was me under that net! Although, I've had quite a few "sports mishaps" in my relatively short life... black eye, split lip, broken finger... I don't like basketball. :P

This shot is SO good! I love it, especially because you were so brave to risk your (camera's) life for it ;)

Ever seen the Brady Bunch episode where the ball hits Marcia on the nose? They keep replaying the scene as Marcia says, "Oh! My nose. Oh! My nose." Anyway. . . all I can think about with this great picture is, "Oh! My lens! Oh! My lens!"

Don't ever do that again, young lady. ;-)

What a great shot! You're more trusting than me. You weren't using your new lens, were you? That would make you incredibly trusting!
