Very Cool! I love the bubbles and the contrasting colors {orange and blue}. Did you set it in carbonated soda or water to get the bubbles? Or is it just plain H2O?
I agree, time for a tutorial!! That is so cool! It reminds me of summertime as we're getting weather forecasts for snow and ice in the next few days...

I really like this - I was trying effects like this earlier in the week adding baking soda and vinegar to the water.
