ha ha! love it. happens a lot with dustyn. They are still great photos though. just shows you where her personality was and what she was like at this age when you look back. you dont want perfect smile photos everytime. :)
outtakes? I adore these. especially the last one. I feel like so much of her personality was displayed, that perfectly posed pictures wouldn't have been true to her at all :)
Hmmm - if you put me in a bucket, I might be uncooperative too. Tiny tornado might have something there - that's why I love the last shot - it's totally her! Gosh she's getting big! Thanks for stopping by the other day - so good to hear from you!
I'd say the shoot was a success just because of that last picture. I love it! It was also a success because those pictures made me smile this morning. :-D
Um, I love these and it sure looks like a success to me!! :) These captured HER! Yes, they may not have been what you expected, but stink, these are real life her! And they really tell a story -- mama, I love you, but no more pics tonight! lol!!
i can definitely relate to how your time with TT went. when it really matters to me none of our children will look or smile. when i could care less they are begging for me to take them outside to take photos. so i have learned to worry less about when and just enjoy the now! they are happier and my photos show it :-D which we both know make me a lot happier too!
she is precious! you capture her so well! embrace the boo boo face - it is seriously very cute!
I can completely relate! My daughter yells at me now to not take her picture. I was trying to get an eyelash photo for the Sunday Scavenger Hunt on Ramblings and Photos, and she kept blinking really fast so that they would all be blurry. Little kids can be so mean sometimes... so annoying that you just have to squeeze them.
This is such a CUTE post! I love all of the photos of your Tiny Tornado trying to hide from the camera........ It is really funny how they go in stages with the camera. Reagan still has not caught on yet.....but I give her about another month or two and she will be putting her hands in front of her face too:)
Oh many a times I've had a shoot go wrong-and it almost always with my little Dillon! HAHA! Most of our failures comes from me saying "Look at Mommy, look at mommy, LOOK! There's a monkey in my camera! AH!..." etc. But that rarely works anymore as he sees the impossibility of a monkey being in my camera ! ;)

These are actually really cute, Karli! I think that last one is adorable!
hahahahahhahah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know exactly what you mean and yet the outtakes from your shoot are soooooooo cute!!! She is adorable, resistance and all. lol
Oh yes been there. I had one little girl that CRIED everytime her mom put her down.
LOVE the last one!
Ya know though, if she was better behaved during a photo shoot, you wouldn't have truly captured her personality...so for that, these are perfect!

Love, love love that bottom lip!! :D
Karli! It was ALL worth it for that last shot. Gasp. What I wouldn't give for a photo of my girl at that age in that same pose.
