glimpses of september

Well, I've kept my promise of not continuing to post oodles of iPhone pictures on my blog, haven't I? ;-) (Remember how I mentioned there was some heckling from certain family members)? I'm keeping it all within Instagram and I have to say...I'm having a blast! The inspiration is out of this world, it's soooo much easier for me to keep up on than blog visiting, and I've met some new friends who I admire so much!

Yes, I still love your blogs! ♥ Yes, I'm still going to keep mine going! ♥ It's just that you guys know how behind I get on blog reading, and Instagram can go anywhere with me. I love not being parked in front of my computer!

And for those of you that have left comments telling me you enjoy my iPhone pics, well e-hugs for you, because that makes my day! :-)

Remember, if you don't have an iPhone, you're welcome to click on Instagram in my menu bar to view the pictures I've been sharing with my Instagram pals. (It's a different look and feel than the pics below).

And now to the point. I've amazingly kept my Glimpses project going, so here is a look at September.
C'mon, tell me how proud you are of me.

I started this collage idea in July, and last night my husband and I were taking a look back at the 90 pictures I've taken so far. It was so cool because I could tell the story behind each little snapshot. Fingers crossed that I can keep this up for a year.

OK, that's all from here! Have a wonderful rest of the week! ♥

I love Instagram! And I don't even have an iPhone. (Next July when I'm eligible for an upgrade!) I think I follow your posts on Instagrid. Anyway, I love your iPhone photos! My favs are the ones that have a canvas look to them.

I don't really know anything about Instagram but see people use it on FB and have seen the Pioneer Woman talk about it. Did you actually go to Family Game Night??? If so, how stinkin' cool is that?!?!!

Strawberry Hershey's? That's just wrong.

So this is like another version of a 365? Except it's easier for you? Hooray! :D

You are so great at seeing these sorts of things and knowing they would make a great picture. I really do love these and wish I'd thought of all of them! :-)

Um....Do I have to tell you "I told you so?". Aren't you happy you finally showed your face on instagram? :-)

Love your monthly collages. I might have to copy you starting next year. I'm thinking an instagram 365 and doing this once a month would be so great. SEE. YOU inspire ME, missy. So there. :-)

This is a very cool idea! I failed at a 365 blog (lol) but maybe I could do something like this!

Your September looked fun! I didn't take as many photos the last couple months and now regret it, been super busy and everything :\ but I love the photos you took of Livia! She is a natural beauty! Addy will turn 3 in December and is a very spirited, hyper girl but she has her days with the camera :-).

these are such fun snapshots. I loved looking at them because it reminded me that this is not something I am very good at...capturing a small detail to remind me of a day gone by. I might have to tackle this challenge myself:) Love the shoes with flowers in them and the tree looking up...the clouds in the sky..well, love them all!

To quote a certain friend: "Still showing off your" instagram photos? lol

I need the story behind the strawberry syrup photo. You don't strike me as the strawberry syrup sort and it contrasts greatly with the Trader Joe's photo. ;-)

Yes, I am very proud of you! Haha! These are fun shots and I love how you put them all together.

I got over 300 pics on my Android.... Maybe I should try something like this!
