the little path

I wish I could share the cuteness that was the Tiny Tornado traveling down the little path through the woods at a snail's pace. Oh the sweet faces and looks of concentration! Our poor girl has been suffering with allergies lately, and had huge bags under her eyes. So I focused on the little details instead. Hopefully this won't be Cozy Coupe overload! These are my last set of shots. :-)

We're getting ready to travel to my parents' cabin in Branson later this week, so I'll be away from the computer for awhile. You'll be happy to know that I have magically transformed from Frazzled Mom to GEEK PACKER... and I am ultra-organized for this trip! Packing TWO days before we leave?! Plastic freezer bags LABELED (oh yes I DID!) with socks and underwear??! After a couple unattractive mom-tantrums on trips last year, one of my new year's resolutions was to be more organized. Sure, I still intend to grossly overpack and drive my husband insane... but at least it will be done in an orderly fashion.

Have a great one! xo

Girl that is nothing; I pack a week before trips with plastic freezer bags labeled too! Too funny! Love the rest of these shots! I have a question though. How do you make the coupe move? Are there pedals inside?

Sweet shots - love her sandals.

I pack the day before because honestly we don't have enough clothes to pack in advance.

Oh please share your packing ideas and tips!!!!!
We have a big trip to Boston coming up in July and I gag just thinking about all the stuff I have to pack for three kids (and a dog) oh and myself. I am not a details girl and could use a few pointers...ziplocks sound fun!!!!

These are adorable!! I hope TT's allergies are better soon (I can relate!), but I'm afraid traveling to Missouri isn't going to help that :-(
I SO wish I had some free time and could meet you in Branson for the day! Maybe one of these years we can do that...
Have a great trip!! I'm looking forward to seeing the photos :-)

These are gorgeous!

I love the way you processed them. So moody. Delicious!

I hope you have a great time in Branson. I worked there at a summer camp for two summers....the best summers of my life! :)

Super cute pics. Enjoy your trip and your organized underwear. :-) We just got back from CO and I had to take a peek at what you and your camera have been up to while I was away.

These are SO cute! I love the look on her face in the 4th photo.

Also I have a photo/editing question for you. How do you process your black and white photos? Is there an action you use, or do you have a custom process? I've been struggling with black and whites lately, I never seem to like my conversions, so I was just wondering! :)

These are so lovely, Karli. You have always been an amazing photographer, but you have really come out of your box the past 6 months or so with shooting your kids (or TT :). Love how you caught all the details. I love that first b&w of her sweet toes and shoes :)
