we have a preschooler!

**sweep sweep sweep**

Oh HI!!! Just dusting off the ole' blog here. It will be fun to see if anyone is still checking in! If so, hello! :-)

I think you all know me well enough to know that I don't do pictures on the first day of school as I prefer not to toy with my sanity. Livia went to school for 2 days, came down with an 8-day cold and finally made it back to school yesterday. She had been doing a preschool countdown since 50-some odd days, and I didn't even get a goodbye when I dropped her off on the first day. Here are a few snaps from her third day of preschool. And in the interest of full disclosure, these were taken in the evening as we don't have time to dilly dally taking pictures at 8:00 in the morning. Screeching into the parking lot at the last second is more like it.

No room for the 'a' apparently. (a-L-i-v-i) ;-)

Jet pack??

Thanks so much for looking & have a wonderful weekend! xo

Hey there, stranger! You are in my Reader, so I will never miss you. :)

I must say she is getting so tall, and is as cute as ever! I agree with you on the snapping photos in the morning business. I was lucky enough, for pre-k and now kindergarten, to snap a photo with my camera phone lol.

I have a new blog design, name, and url, so you may not recognize me. But it's still me!

Where did you find that adorable outfit???

I don't do first day of school pictures... just fall ones. I could never remember that {or maybe it is the stress of I'm the teacher who has time for a picture??}.

She is adorable!

She is just too cute!!! I love her curls and I really, really love the socks. Precious!!! And I am assuming she is in a private school that teaches Abeka because I've done that giraffe paper four times now in my homeschooling years. Ha!

What? An actual BLOG POST? With PHOTOS? Wow. With the exception of a comment or two on my blog I thought you might have fallen off of the edge of the earth. So happy to see you are still alive over there on the East Coast. ;-)

These are adorable. Of-course, I wouldn't have expected anything different. :) Adore the jet pack one.

I don't think your preschooler could get any more beautiful. Her outfit is just the most adorable little thing. Love this series, especially the jumping shot with that most awesome Hello Kitty backback.

Great pics! Love the jumping one. Trust me, I get it. I did pics the day before school started, ha. My daughter's bus comes at 6:05 AM. It's still dark then. ;) Hope your blogging means that things are settling down with your house stuff.
